Every two years, the new president at the state level reviews the mission of the NJGFWC and proposes ways that local clubs can fulfill the goals that are relevant to current issues and events.
Local clubs then choose which of these suggestions they feel they can tackle. In 2004 and 2005 the efforts focused on supplying the county food banks with staples.
In 2006 and 2007, the state project that the women of Stratford have chosen to support is to help victims of domestic violence. Funds have been used to provide basic necessities for incoming women and children at the shelter that is available in Camden County.
